OUR STORY

After a decade of working in the M&A profession under different capacities, Sawyer Price was established to bring our passion for sell-side advisory work together with our expertise in the software and tech sector. We recognized a strong demand in the lower middle-market for unbiased, industry-specific guidance, and we set out to build a different type of boutique M&A advisory that focuses exclusively on providing one service for one specific type of clientele.

Our founders have been advising on M&A transactions since 2009, and we have done everything from sell-side advisory, buy-side advisory, and corporate development analyst roles across numerous industries, including software & tech, wealth management, veterinary, ophthalmology, and more. We have also started, operated, and sold our own SaaS companies in the past (before and after the AI “vibe-coding” era), which gives our team a unique combination of insights and expertise that can only come from direct experience on all sides of the deal. We truly love helping clients achieve their goals, and we joined forces with several other like-minded M&A professionals to create a firm that’s rooted in hard work, integrity, and partnership.
